Please note:

There is no 24-hour reception. Our staff will prepare your room and give you the key. Check-in: from 16:00 to 21:00. / Check-out: till 10:00. All flats are prepared for you and have towels, sheets and basic facilities in the kitchenette. Towels will be changed every 3 days and sheets will be changed every 7 days. Each kitchenette has two hot plates, coffee machine / filter /, toaster, small refrigerator and hot water dispenser. There is no oven in the kitchenette, except in Room 7. Harmony House offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking.

Cancellation Policy: All bookings cancelled or modified up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. All bookings cancelled or modified up to 14 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged. All bookings cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, 80% of the total amount will be charged. All bookings cancelled or modified later on or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Payment Policy: It is possible that your credit card will be charged before arrival. The invoice will be send to your email or will be given to you upon arrival. Dear Clients, please note that the price in this confirmation letter includes the accommodation fees, tourist tax and final cleaning. More details about your account can be found in the self-service portal. Enter your PIN code and select “Check your bill”. Thank you!
